A Special Note from John Sutton
Cindy Sutton February 5, 1960 August 10, 2023
As many of your customers are aware, Cindy has been fighting cancer since last year. The progress was looking great and we were told that she would lead a full life after the treatments were complete, which would have been finished August 31, 2023. But that was not to be and I cannot explain why on this day but I can explain that Cindy passed away unexpectedly on Thursday morning when she experienced cardiac arrest in bed. I did CPR until the medics arrived but she passed away in the hospital shortly after being transported. The shop will be open back up on Monday August 14th and Gene will be available to assist you. I (John) will return as soon as I can process what has happened and I sincerely thank all of you for the love and support you have shown us in this last year of trauma. Needless to say, Cindy was my light. My life. We were unstoppable. Until Thursday.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- NOTICE: UPDATED 01/02/23.. We are still working on a waiting list for services. We have knocked down the list and everytime we answer the phone we add another to it. It's become a perpetual list. We have not experienced this many calls since we began this business 12 years ago. Considering it is just two of us (Husband and Wife) we cannot let our quality of work be effected by the bulk of business we are receiving. If you currently have furniture in our shop rest assured you will be receiving our normal high quality of service but it may take longer than expected. Believe it or not we also have several "emergency repairs" for elderly clients that cannot drive. (Lift chairs etc...) Please be patient with us as we are working uber hard to serve everyone in a timely manner. If you'd like to be placed on the waiting list please call 440-263-1813. If we do not answer and you want to reach us immediately please send a text message to the same number. We have to limit the time we are on the phone during the day or we won't get any work done so please be patient when trying to reach us!! We promise to return all calls and messages as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and the calls and we promise to get to everyone that needs service.

We are John and Cindy, the owners and operators of this venture. We started part time in 2010 when our Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and we wanted to keep her home but we found that the response and jobs we received far exceeded our expectations so we began full time a year later and today we have worked on more than 5000 chairs and counting.
